Perform the inspection

Discuss results with homeowner

Coordinate with insurance company

Sign agreement between Perkins and homeowner; choose colors and materials; wait three days to satisfy law; collect down payment

Procure permit

Order materials and dumpster

Schedule the work date

(Repeat for each phase of project -- roof, siding, gutters, windows, paint)

Order final inspection (city)

File final invoice with insurance company

Home owner orders final inspection by mortgage company

Collect final payment
